What are your phone hours?

Our phone hours are weekdays from 9am to 5pm. If you call outside of those hours, please leave us a voicemail if you'd like a call back!

How do I view the live camera feed?

We will walk you through downloading and setting up a dedicated app used to view and control the camera. It's easy to use and records nearly all of your cat's movements for you to view at any time.

Do you offer services for dogs?

Sorry, we are strictly cat-only. We are cat specialists :)

How do I book a stay?

Do you have a minimum stay requirement?

Which vaccines do you require?

We require current Rabies vaccination for all cats.

Do you have any age, breed or other general restrictions?

Yes, all cats must be at least 3 months old and we are unable to take bookings for servals or F1/F2 savannahs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled drop off: full refund.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 3 days (72 hours) prior: a refund minus a one-night cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior: a refund minus a two-night cancellation fee.

100% of cancellation fees are paid to the sitter.
